We offer guided olive oil tasting sessions, giving you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the diverse flavors and aromas of our Greek extra virgin olive oil, straight from the source.
A Journey Through the Flavors of Elaiouvios
During your visit, you’ll learn about the entire production process, from the careful cultivation and early harvest of our olives to the cold-pressing techniques that retain the maximum nutrients and antioxidants. Our knowledgeable guides will walk you through the tasting, teaching you how to distinguish the complex flavor profiles, from the fruity notes to the peppery finish, that make our olive oil so special.
Olive Oil Tasting Hours
Our olive oil tasting tours are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 12:00 to 17:00. We are closed on holidays such as the 15th of August.

If you have time, in addition to this tour I would also visit the cheese farm up the road. This pairing creates for a total authentic Cretean experience.
We found the place by chance, but we loved visiting it. Even though we had some difficulty speaking English, the owner was very friendly and helpful. He explained the process to us and gave us some olive oil to taste. We love the way they welcome anyone and show the family business with great affection. Unfortunately we couldn’t bring anything, as we only traveled with a backpack, but we really appreciated your attention. Thank you 🥰
