Spaghetti with tuna and red sauce
A quick and flavorful pasta dish combining tender tuna with a rich tomato sauce, seasoned with aromatic herbs. Perfect for a simple yet satisfying Mediterranean meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 pack spaghetti
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tomato (grated)
- 2 packs tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 fl. olives (fillet)
- 1 pack tuna in water
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp capers (fine)
- A little cod liver oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
execution:
- First boil the spaghetti for 1 minute less than indicated on the package.
- Heat the olive oil in a deep pan and saute the onion for 2-3′
- Add the chopped cherry tomatoes.
- Leave for 3-4′ on high heat, add the grated tomato and chopped tomatoes and mix and boil for 8′.
- Drain the tuna from the water.
- Crush it and add it to the sauce.
- Add the olives and capers.
- As the boiled spaghetti drips, pour them into the sauce with the dripping water.
- Stir over high heat for 1 minute.
- Finally, sprinkle the macaroni with chopped parsley and pour over the courgette oil.
- Grind a lot of pepper, salt and serve immediately.
